No Menu on Use

When a Regular Player no perms uses a mail box no menu pops up to allow them to rent it

Its Hotel#06 that is the one that works no idea why just that one works

Found the one that works but the rest still dont

Can you do the command "ent who" in the F1 console on the mailbox and give me the following numbers?

this is the one that does not

Delete the mailbox and put back in one, from the configuration menu of your home

There is no mail box

added a new one and it still wont work

ubertool is the problem 

Did you install the mailbox before or during setup?

so it works when you dont use Ubertool. when i do use Uber tool it wont register the mailbox

So now its all currupted and broken i can not remove the codelocks:

The data file currupted and started copying hotels like went hotel 1 to 10 then 1b to 10b but then another 1to10 

Deleting a hotel room causes this and wont delete:

at this point i just need to get rid of the keypad without destroying the items/door as it tells me to enter a code but its not set so i cant
