Stat and Skill Book Values

Stat and Skill books are providing boost even when configured to a value of 0 (they are inheriting the default values).

You have several tickets open for the same items. Please post in one ticket or use our discord for quicker response

When adjusting default items you must click the update items button so that it can remake them. Items dropped before the changes will not be effected
