Bases do not disappear when time is up or when they are raided

Bases do not disappear but other bases respawn 
Sometimes it is so that the base respawns but the zone only recharges after time. 

I'll just add that random bases don't disappear, because they usually disappear

Is there any solution for this?

hi, I've been trying to fix this for months but I cannot fix it when I don't know what is causing it.

you can find the bases using AdminRadar plugin, /radar buildings raid

and you can remove them by going to the base and typing, /rbe kill_cleanup
