Problem with taking damage delay

I saw this issue was supposed to be fixed in 3.1.2, but I am running 3.2.0 and still getting occasional reports of offline protection activating in the middle of a raid. Initial delay is 300 seconds and damage delay is also 300 seconds. I watched the last player in a 2-man clan log off and 5 minutes later his base was protected despite an active raid. Could you take another look at this issue and make sure there wasn't a regression in the damage delay code since 3.1.2, please?
