Doesn't detect all of the server plugins

When this plugin automatically checks for plugins it doesn't seem to detect all of them. I think it may be because it doesn't detect the plugins that are unloaded and not running but I was wondering if you could fix this because my server has a lot of plugins and a lot of them won't compile after the new rust update. 

I can't check the unloaded plugins
