electric coils on floor

I'm loving the new features, but maybe we could make it so when you shoot the floor the tesla coils spawn also?

Probably will be added, but we will have to change the structure of the tab with the effects, because of this it will be necessary to redo the effects again.

In any case, I have an idea for a new feature, if it comes to fruition, I think you'll like it.
