picture loading issue

i am trying to changel the panel image and i keep getting and error

Hi! Can you describe the problem in more detail? What image do you want to change? Where are you changing it? What value are you trying to set? What error are you getting?

i have got the logo image i just need a way to strech it left and right 

Do you need to stretch the image width In the "Bank System" plugin or in the "Panel System" plugin?

thats in the panel system and ok streach the image would u mind showing me which code line that is  so i dont mess it up and i have bought all the plugin that interest me im just havging a hard time setting up the own money port even after turning off enconmics and such there not much help out there in the support and or on how to set it up
