Gamble Wheel Not working

The gambling wheel doesnt win any scrap even though i do the chair thing and then put the scrap in and bet on a number i put 1 scrap on every number and never won anything.

Terminals and wheels needs to be place in certain distance in order to work, for example like in outpost. PlaceAnything plugin does not handle behavior of entities, just spawning of them.

Changed Status from Pending to Not a Bug

Is there a minimum distance required for the gambling wheel to work? I've placed the wheel and the terminal, but I'm unable to access the terminal at all.
