is it possible to click a button and run multiple commands to i want to open a menu with it for a different plugin and close the custombuttons after its clicked so like /custombuttonstoggle & /business

Not possible inside CustomButtons, you have to create your own command which will execute multiple commands inside function.

Maybe you should try to create similar plugin and see for yourself instead of calling developer lazy for plugin not having your desired feature.
