players heli has gone and they connot remove it to spawn a new one. i have also tryed everything and i have compleatly removed all files and redownloaded plugin with no change and some how the date is still there.

I am not sure how this could continue if you have completely reset the plugin but to make sure I will list the steps to correctly reset incase you did it differently.

1. unload or delete the police vehicles plugin

2. delete the police vehicles json file in the oxide/data folder

3. reload or drop in a new version of police vehicles plugin.

it is very important to delete or unload the plugin before deleting config files as they will be re-written with the current loaded config when the plugin exits, therefor if the files are deleted first the plugin will simple re-write them again.
