I have some ideas if you can add them

I was wondering if you can have a option to limit how many notices per plugin updates for discord web hook, so it doesn't repeat over and over or make it so it only sends every so many hours in day or once a day. I get a notice every time it checks and that should be different for the discord notice I would think. I don't know how you can do it, just needs a bottle neck of some sort.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to Next Version

I just realized it would also be a setting for if it should repeat the same version more then once on discord.
