Yes, several times, it doesn't work for me

thats weird because I have multiple customers using this plugin and its working for them same as its working for me, I cant do rly much more for you without access to your server

Use this for now, by typing /getcard players can receive card, Im not able to replicate your issue on my server unfortunately.

ok i'm testing it, just restarted the server and see if it works

with the getcard plugin it works

There is one more thing what you can do, if you are using Kits plugin just make credit card part of default spawning kit.
