No function after server restart

Hi, since yesterday aQuarry don´t come back after server restart. I have to start it by o.reload. I do this now by TimedExecute but what can cause this?

First time we tried to let them run over a server restart and we made the same experience. The Quarry/Oilpump stopped working after restart. Had to manually start the Pump again.
No Error in logs. Loaded everything fine.
