How to use this plugin? I added permissions for me (admin) but no idea wich command to use or how it works...

Hello,

please see the description of he plugin: "This plugin give the possibility to disable voice and normal chat via permission. The command usage still allowed, if the chat is blocked. Simple and elegant."

It is to not allow chat or voice chat, if the permission assigned to a user.
