Currently its impossible to set timer on toilets since they are mountable.  You can loot it with zero timer, but after pressing E players are mounted as normal

That's a game change, making it now even harder to be able to loot toilets. When Static Lootables came out, you weren't even able to mount on a toilet. I recommend you to just remove the lootable definition from the toilet.
