not working

it seems to be not working on my server 
global messages work perfect
but if only on user it not work at all

atm im not using it anymore i made other one but my problem was that in the global chat it worked fine
so the messages all players can see

however the message that is only ment for the player did not show at all 
also the message send to the one you killed did not get send 


 

I looked into this and tested extensively. I can't replicate the error you're experiencing. If you can explain how to reproduce this issue, I will look further into it.

atm im not using it anymore i made my own version 

im using linux 
maybe that has something to do with it ?

if i have more time i put it on my test server 

I have been using Linux and even tested on other servers and nobody is able to replicate this error. I don't believe the error is from the plugin, you may have other plugins interfering or may have misconfigured the plugin.
