Cant grant permissions to other players

Hey i have a weird issue where i can use the plugin myself but only i can other players dont have permission, I have tried to find the (property.manager.use) permisson and tried oxide.grant group default property.manager.use but it says "Permission 'property.manager.use' doesn't exist" i also used permisson manager to try enable it in there but it don't exist
