Generator provides power again on server reboot

    Just noticed a bug that I thought I'd bring to your attention. When I setup the Harvester it prevents the generator from producing power (what I expected) but on server reboot (generator was on when rebooted if that helps) it now provides full power while continuing to act as a harvester. Not sure which part is unintentional.
