I use Stack Modifier, the plugin says "DO NOT USE WITH OTHER STACK PLUGINS".

 

Plugin also says "Stack Modifier - It already handles this fix, don't use this plugin.Loottable, AlphaLoot. Pretty much anything."

So what to do?

If you have StackModifier you don't need to run CustomSkinsFix, atleast that's what Khan says
