Quarry production settings

Hello,

I have a problem to properly adjust the number of resources generated by the career.

I understood that it is a value based on weight so the lower it is, the more the quarry will produce.

However I have the impression that I cannot go below 1 (if I put 0.5 it will produce the same as 1).

Is it possible to further increase production or otherwise reduce fuel consumption?
