It is impossible to set the amount of production below the value of 1.0, only above 1.1, etc. We need to install rates 0.5x, please fix it. P.s plugins controlling mining create a critical error and the server crashes.

Gather rates below 1.0 are not enabled by default since in some cases they can cause errors. If you want to enable it anyways you need to enable the flag UnlockGatherMultiplier. Refer to the Flags part of description for more details
