not trying to be impatient but what is the point of buying premium plugins if we don't receive premium support on issues  I guess is it possible to get a refund

Sorry but it's simply not possible to answer to everyone within 24 hours. Also buying paid plugin does not mean you buying something with "premium support". 
FurnaceLevels plugin is small one time payment which after fees and taxes is brought down to 3-4$ for developer, for this amount of money I can guarantee that
I will keep file updated to best of my abilities but you can't expect me to jump on every issue within 24 hours, it's not monthly paid service.

Anyway in future I do plan raise prices and hire someone to deal with customer support so I guess it wont be issue anymore.

sorry if it upset you that people expect to support for the crap they buy that is a huge issue I've been noticing in the rust community there's only three major sites Distributing these plug-ins and I guess that makes some people feel like they can put out shotty work I wish I would have requested a chargeback before it was too late thank for the "help"

No, you didn't upset me at all, I'm just baffled how you expect 24/7 support after spending couple of bucks on file.

Sorry to disappoint you but I'm just regular person who would like to have day off sometimes, you know take a holiday or I'm not allowed to do that because I'm selling plugin at codefling?
