unknown Variable Meaning

trying  to apply the lastest update, but unsure what some of these new variables mean 

      "Distance To Spawn From Center Of Map": 200.0,  <---

are there any update docs with new updates to explain new vars in config?

 

 

doc is not updated. not really sure how else to explain that option. it means what it says. the distance it will spawn bases away from the center of the map

ok,   bases only spawning on outer edge of map..  is the issue i am trying to solve,  have the following settings
 

      "Allow Raid Bases Inland": true,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Beaches": true,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Ice Sheets": true,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Roads": false,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Rivers": true,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Railroads": false,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Building Topology": true,
      "Allow Raid Bases On Monument Topology": false,

and 
 

      "Distance To Spawn From Center Of Map": 200.0,

and  set to maintain 16 bases|

      "Spawn Bases X Distance Apart": 200.0,

in last ver there  was i believe an elevation setting  but not seeing anything in new ver.
