Chat announcements broken

Good morning.

Your chat announcements on when someone is attacking the bank as well for the hack-able crate progress is not seen in the chat nor in any GUI or alert interface. I'm however not able to provide any screenshots or footage as this was during my testing period yesterday of the new monument that i'm working on. 

The event works perfectly fine, but i think it has something to do with Better Chat as i do know that there was a fix for chat formatting abuse a while back.

Tested along side with BetterChat and all is working fine do you have notify set to true if so this will try to use Notify plugin for announcements not the global chat.

That you cant reproduce, does not mean its not a bug.  Just applied everything myself, yet same results.

Plugin was conflicting with another plugin. 

Could you please provide the name of the plugin that you had the conflict with.
