    If you stand just right under the sign it will attach to the sign or nearby objects (foundations):

    I do recommend placing on a flat surface to avoid this, but players are creative.

    made some changes so that c4 cant attach to any thing else or fall of player...

    let me know if this works for you 

    also added config to have c4 explode instant
