working on test server but not on regular server

I was wondering if you know of any other mods that would interfere with this mod working? It is working fine on the test server that only have like 10 mods on it.  it says in rcon that it is loaded on the main server and does not give any errors.  But it will not show up any of the buttons. i directly loaded the files from the test server to the main server so they are exactly the same files.  It just does not work on the server?

More than thousand plugins are available and I cant guarantee 100% that my plugin wont interfere with others, however whole plugin is just simple CUI Elements so I dont see anything what could go wrong.
