I'm not sure if this is a problem or not, but my console has shown my this error and though you may want to know about it.

Thankfully not, however the person that was triggering this error hasn't been online this weekend so I'm not 100% sure on it. I know that this person wears some wacky combination of outfits (for example lumberjack + mining + operator + raiders all together while doing some woodcutting haha!) when roaming the world, so I haven't been able to figure the combination they were wearing at the time.

I will keep my eyes open and speak with them on Wednesday when they're hopefully back online.
