Sugesstion for chat prefix

Instead of lvl chat prefix [0] or [1] or [2], can be Names writen in config for each lvl, for example:

lvl 0 [Homeless] FAIRPLAY

lvl 1 [Starter] FAIRPLAY

lvl 2 [Scavenger] FAIRPLAY

So it will be more fun for players also to get specific tag name for each lvl name
