Xperience Ranks

I can't find the value that determines what rank a player has. All players show as Newbie indefinitely but I want to see them acquiring ranks for their efforts

If you have ranks enabled then they will rank up once they reach max level. Whatever you have set for max level us what they must reach to earn each rank. Ranks cannot be given manually unless you give the player xp to reach max level.

Once they rank up their level and xp will reset and they must earn the levels again until they reach max and next rank
