September Rust Update

It appears to be broken after today's Rust update. I am no longer getting 2x gather rates as I have it configured at.

I tried it today and it was working fine. Unless something happened with the most recent Oxide update (that I havent applied) I dont know what the problem would be.

Changed Status from Pending to Work in Progress

Did you try picking up items? Like stone and hemp? Those are not showing the gather rate for me.

It does appear that Oxide/UMod changed how OnCollectiblePickup works. I will update this as soon as I can.

Fixed in version 2.1.1
