Only spawning one base at a time

Bases are spawning only one place on the map even though 795 spawn points have been found.  Have a max scheduled spawn set to 4.  The remaining 3 spawns + any purchased raid bases are in queue.  Any suggestions?  All worked fine up until the latest update.

Went back to 2.4.7 and it's working properly.

every event is queued now. unsure why it becomes stuck since `rbe debug` is also broken

wait for the next update. i'm not sure when that'll be due to a really bad bug in it atm

No worries.  I've got covid myself.  just had to get something going for the players to stop bugging me   Feel Better!
