LEADERBOARD - SETTINGS TAB NOT SAVE CHANGES

Hello 
LEADERBOARD - SETTINGS TAB NOT SAVE CHANGES
when i install the module i see a settings tab in the admin section.
the player ranks plugin saves data in the database. (this is checked)
for some reason it does not save the changes the module try to save.
when i go manual to my leader-board page i see its working
but i can not make any changes.
any help would be appreciated 
ps i did a complete new install with help from Glasiore without result
 

UPDATE : we found a error message
 

It is fixed now I guess.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed

Changed Fixed In to 1.3.1
