Radiation mitigation not working

When skilled for Might the radiation mitigation is not working for players. I increased the value to -3000% and tested with a metal kit, but still am incurring radiation accumulation/damage.

I am currently working on a pretty big update for XPerience and the Addon. I will check this out and see what I can find as I work on it

it looks like you were still getting radiation poison damage even though radiation itself was reduced. I added radiation poison reduction to work along side radiation reduction so they work together off the same setting.
