I keep seeing players losing their loot on death for so many reasons...

- Disconnecting and die inside dungeon
- Dungeon finishes and player dies seconds before
- Random death sometimes the body disappear

Almost every day I have reports that players lost their loot inside dungeon. When I check the loot just got destroyed/vanished
