What are these boxes and how do I stop them from showing up

These boxes showed up when i completed a test raid, what are they and how do i stop them from showing or at least reduce it to only 1 showing.

they are lockouts and you can configure lockout in the config. just search for lockout to find all of the settings. all are showing because someone enabled global lockouts
