It it normal that "Increase steer angle" can be bought over and over every time one uses the /tuning command?

Does it multiply the steer angle?

How often can this be used?

Ok. Bought "Increase steer angle" multiply times now.

This does multiply the steer angle.

But this is not useful cause at a certain point the car is not driveable anymore cause the steer angle is so wide

the wheels block itself and the car doesn't move.

So, I guess buying this one time should be all that is possible.
