Announcements only for PVP bases

Hello nivex,

I have PVE server and plugin is set to automatically spawn only 3 difficulties of PVE Raidable bases.
For those who want some PVP, i made an option to purchase fourth PVP difficulty for RP.
Since the PVP option is more dangerous i set more loot in it, but in a flood of announcements about spawning new bases, no one will notice that PVP base is spawned and it loses its significance.

Is there any way to announce only purchased PVP bases? Best through the GUI announcements?

Added `Show Opened Message For PVE Bases` (true)
Added `Show Opened Message For PVP Bases` (true)
Removed `Show Opened Message`
