Hello... The kit seems to be malfunctioning... it loads without errors and even says that the kit has been used... but no items are being received.

The problem occurs in the PlayerDLCAPI plugin, I will now release an update where interaction with this plugin will be removed.

Does this only affect players and not admins?
I  have not seen it happen yet when I tested Kits today after wipe,  on the previous version oof Kits
