This keeps spamming in the console after a fresh install.  Thanks:

Install data files from plugin page or disable voice phrases in config

The only thing in the download is the cs file, but it did create data directories.  I just gave everything perm 777 but no go.  I will turn off voice phrases but it kinda sounds cool to have.
