Toggleable safety checks & shorter recall command

Hey, could you please make the recall safety checks toggleable in the config?
Right now recalls can’t be used inside bases, monuments, or safe zones, and it would help a lot if we could turn those restrictions off.

Also, could you add direct commands like /mini instead of needing to type /callback copter?
