Trying to setup Auto Wipe and Auto Maps

I would like the following:

- First Thursday of every month @2PM For Force Wipe
- Voting to go out 1 Week Prior To Wipe
- Rustmaps API Auto Generation For Maps, I have a paid Subscription
- Should Select 3 Maps To Choose From Stored Config I Setup
- Should post Results into discord once poll is finished
- Should announce one server is up and wiped
