Completed quest is not handing out rewards.

I am trying make a quest for collecting honey and when the player comes to complete the quest with honey in their belt the quest can not complete. It seems to not find the honey. What am I doing wrong. I have tried Jar of Honey and honey. I am including screen shot of how I am placing in the data file.
