is medical items still working?

is the plugin still working?, my other admin seems to think its not

just the placement of the med boxes, they cant place them, i found out, they didnt know ya couldnt place em without permission, lol, is there a way you could make it placeable anywhere?, like monuments and in other peoples tc range and what not?, the other admin and players didnt know all that but i had tested extensively and i knew the perms thing

Couldn't think of a simple way to build inside of a monument or opposing TC unfortunately, short of spawning the box rather than placing it.
