Languages not translated

Hey,

we are facing some issues with translations. While some translations (e.g. menu title) are translated well, some others (like all buff descreptions) are remaining in english the complete time. It looks like that the load of these textelements not considering the user language. May i ask you to have a look at it.

Hi mate, the descriptions etc aren't part of the lang because you can change them to whatever you want. They are adjusted directly via the config file.

Hi, what a pitty. I thought it could be possible cause the entries are in the lang-files. But however we can't translate in the config file cause we have players in multiple languages and if not possible english should be main.

Might be something I migrate to lang down the track. Not sure.
