Satchels not taking seeds or clones

Hey Razor! 
Thank you for taking the time to look into this! 

I am just carrying this over from a discussion post that @Renzo223 had made regarding the situation. 
From what I gather,  all seeds and clones are not being accepted into the satchel. 
Perhaps we have  a config setting out of whack or another plugin causing issues.

i do not see any issues why it would not take seeds in your config maybe another plugin confliction..

also you have these all at 0      so anything times 0 = 0  so you want them set to 1 to be normal output.

Changed Status from Pending to Closed
