Was doing the Excavator event when the vanilla heli came by decided to take it at the excavator when it hit the ground the event seems to have deleted the heli and crates on impact.

I think you may want to investigate other plugins you have that manage these sort of things. The excavator event doesn't use a heli nor interact with them in anyway.  Do you have any other reason to believe it was related to this event other than it went down near it?
