Since the last force wipe, wagons do not appear on the map even though 5 is entered in the settings

You are probably being misled by the number that is written in the console when the plug-in is rebooted, but the fact is that free wagons appear in place of useless wagons by replacing them, and when the plugin is unloaded, all free wagons are deleted. Therefore, if you restart the plugin several times, you will not immediately receive free wagons, they will be spawn after some time, when the server itself wants to spawn new wagons on the rails.
