Custom user group exception

I have a server where we have fun role-playing and other events, such as players preparing events for other players. Adding some players to a custom group that will be excluded from all or some of the plugin's rules would be very useful, as is the case with admins. From what I see in the code, adding this shouldn't be very complicated.

if you want those player to damage all, you give them simplepve.admindamage
