Mate you need to do some things; 

Add the correct topology and size

An an alpha layer

Terrain trigger for the pool

Prevent building zone

I t was stated the prevent building wasn't placed so people can place their own prevent building zone. Alpha layer is not needed for the pool as the height mask will reveal the pool.
