Through testing, wallpapers can be destroyed by your own firearms, C4, or armed helicopters.

Basic thatch-type structures can also be destroyed by your own firearms and C4.

This happens even if building damage and teammate building damage are both disabled, and admin damage permissions have never been enabled.

hey, i dont think its posiible to control the building wallpapers right now, if there is a hook release for this by oxide then I will add this.
